BERNARD OLIVER KESBY was born in Catford, London in 1912, one of 5 children. He married Laura Amelia Jeanne in 1939 and they had one daughter.

 

Captain BERNARD OLIVER KESBY was wounded in Africa. After his recovery he was posted to Normandy, his rank being temporarily reduced to Lieutenant. He was killed during an artillery bombardment on Saturday 15th July 1944.1
