Private EARL RICHARD TILSON enlisted in 1942 and served in Canada until 1944. He disembarked in France on 13th August 1944. He joined his unit, C Company, 1 Battalion, Queen''s Own Cameron Highlanders of Canada, on the 15th August 1944 and was killed in action on the 18th August 1944.

 

Private EARL RICHARD TILSON is commemorated on the Wheatley Cenotaph in Wheatley, Ontario, Canada.1
