Stanley Turner was my Grandfather who was killed in action on 18th July 1944. He left behind a daughter, whom he never got to see grow up and a wife, Elizabeth. I visited his grave for the first time in 2015 and will be returning this year (2016). This website and all the volunteers who maintain it are a credit to these fallen heroes.
